Easy to Renew
Download the fax back renewal form. You do not need to sign another Subscription Agreement if you are already a member. You simply let us know by phone, fax or e-mail that you wish to continue your agreement into the next year and we’ll send you an invoice and ask for a payment method.
Signing up for a new ArchiPLUS Membership
We’ll help you get started. Download the Subscription Agreement first.
Browse the Subscription Agreement, fill it out and FAX it to us at 866 817-1899. Please call us at 714 612-4547 if you have questions.
Make sure you fill in all the standard contact information on page 1 (the Contract Number will be filled in by Graphisoft later). On page 3: when asked for the Start Date, put in the first day of the following month. If you are filling in the form on September 20th, your start date is October 1st, although your order will be processed right away and your upgrades and subscription benefits will become effective immediately. When asked to fill in your internal key numbers, place your key in your computer’s USB port and visit the Graphisoft Upgrade website and read the key number from the browser window (repeat for each key).
Please fill in and sign under “End User” on the right side to confirm your agreement.
Please be sure to fax all 3 pages of the agreement to Digital Vision at 866 817-1899.
Renewal of the ArchiPLUS Subscription program is optional, and will renew automatically each year at $695 per license unless cancelled. (Digital Vision will contact you before your contract expires to ask whether you wish to renew or cancel.) Graphisoft will continue to deliver major product upgrades at least once each year, and vary the bonus add-ons so that membership in ArchiPLUS remains a consistently good value for our customers.
Remember: unlike our competitors, we do not make you repurchase your software at full price and this program is completely voluntary.
Anyone who chooses to let their Membership lapse and then later buy a subscription membership will have the new term end at the original anniversary date. For example, if you have a subscription expiring at the end of October and do not renew, and then in January you want to re-subscribe, you will only get 8 months on the new term, while paying the full price for the Membership.
